Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify:
- The item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
To initiate a return, email us at info@greenthumbhaven.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
