  • What payment options do you offer?
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay, which allows you to pay in installments. Find more information on Afterpay here.
  • My product arrive damaged. What should I do?
    We guarantee your products will arrive in good condition. If not, we replace them for free as part of our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. The guarantee applies to all purchases within the first 30 days. We require photos as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. - Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.

 - Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!
  • What is Green Thumb Haven's return/exchange policy?

However, in the event that you wish to return or exchange an item, we have a straightforward policy. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-refundable. In the case of returns, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order information and reasoning for the return or exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your request promptly.
  • How do I make a return/exchange?
    We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. That's why we offer a convenient return and exchange process.     You should receive your refund when the item is received. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.     Orders with standard shipping will ship within 2-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Packages typically take 1-5 business days to arrive once they are in transit. Please note that some items may take longer to ship due to availability and delivery location.   • Where do you ship?
    We currently ship within the contiguous US to all 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We truly appreciate your interest and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
